Garage Holdings, LLC set out to open a new Take 5 Oil Change location in St. Cloud, Minnesota—about an hour from their existing stores. With subcontractors traveling for the project, the team needed a construction approach that would deliver a reliable timeline, minimize coordination with multiple trades, and keep the project moving quickly.

 

Fullerton Building Systems manufactured the 1,826 sq. ft. prefabricated building shell off-site and delivered it ready for rapid installation. Once on site, the structure was installed in just two days, allowing subcontractors to begin work immediately while the building was already enclosed. According to Tim Eaton, Managing Director, “the project became one of the three fastest Take 5 builds in the country.”

 

The accelerated construction schedule helped the project move efficiently from construction to opening day. With the building and signage completed well ahead of launch, the new Take 5 location was able to establish an early presence in the community while positioning the business to open its doors and begin serving customers sooner.
