OUR IMPACT
Sustainability
We believe every company should play a vital role in preserving our planet. The Fullerton philosophy is to be a company operating by example, and with an environmental compass leading our building solutions.

Our commitment to sustainability is built on four core strategies that help reduce environmental impact and create lasting value.
The 4 Pillars of Sustainability
Lumber
We maximize every piece of lumber through precise engineering and automated cutting technology. Our computerized saw optimizes each cut and repurposes shorter offcuts whenever possible, significantly reducing material waste and helping preserve natural resources.

Energy
Our building systems are engineered to be overbuilt and highly insulated, improving energy efficiency and reducing heating and cooling demands throughout the building's life.

Logistics Planning
We flat-stack our building packages to maximize trailer capacity and reduce the number of shipments required. Fewer deliveries mean lower fuel consumption, fewer greenhouse gas emissions, and a more efficient supply chain.

Material Waste
Traditional construction often generates 5–10% excess material at the jobsite. Through our precision-engineered manufacturing process, Fullerton reduces material overage to approximately 3%, helping divert waste from landfills while improving efficiency.
We're continually finding new ways to improve sustainability throughout our manufacturing process while delivering cost-effective building solutions.
