Fullerton Building Systems partnered with Chick-fil-A on a new restaurant project in Lexington, Kentucky, delivering a prefabricated building shell designed to accelerate construction and support a faster opening. By leveraging our off-site construction process, building fabrication occurred in parallel with site development, helping reduce common jobsite delays and keep the project moving forward. Once delivered to the site, the shell was installed in just five days, allowing the project team to gain valuable time in the construction schedule and bring the restaurant closer to serving customers sooner.
