Fullerton Building Systems partnered with client Chestnut Market Petroleum, general contractor Commercial Construction Associates, and architect Linus C. Korieocha, R.A., on a 2,249-square-foot scrape-and-rebuild project in Yonkers, New York.

The project involved replacing an existing convenience store with a custom prefabricated building shell featuring cultured stone, HardiePlank siding, and Nichiha panel siding. The building shell installation was completed in just 5 days.
