Fullerton Building Systems partnered with Starbucks on a new coffee shop in West Des Moines, Iowa, bringing together two organizations focused on delivering speed, consistency, and exceptional customer experiences. Just as Starbucks is committed to serving customers quickly and exceeding expectations, our off-site construction process is designed to help projects move faster without compromising quality. By fabricating the building shell while site work progressed, the project team was able to reduce schedule risks and accelerate construction. Once delivered to the site, the building shell was erected in just five days, helping Starbucks get one step closer to opening its doors and serving customers sooner.
