Utilizing our off-site construction process, the building was manufactured while site work progressed simultaneously, helping reduce schedule delays and accelerate the overall project timeline. Once delivered, the shell was installed in just three days, allowing Habit Burger Grill to shave significant time off the construction schedule, open sooner, and start serving customers faster.
