Preconstruction
Fullerton Building Systems is dedicated to listening and collaborating with our partners throughout the planning and estimating process to ensure that our building packages are the best quality and value in the market. Through communication with our partners we review each project and determine if there are suggested Value Engineering options to help reduce overall building package costs, increase production rates and to increase speed to market.
Design
Our experienced team of design professionals are dedicated and passionate about architectural plan review, detailing and solving some of today’s biggest construction challenges. Our upfront plan review, creation of structural drawings and stamp of approval process is paramount to providing our partners with a building package that is ready for assembly on schedule, minimizes onsite challenges and increases speed to market.
MANUFACTURING
Through our extensive manufacturing process we ensure that the building packages we produce for our partners are made of quality components, 3rd party inspected and the selected exterior finishes are installed with updated industry standards and manufacturer specifications. Our manufacturing team prides themselves on producing, packaging and delivering a building package that is built to last.

INSTALLATION
Not only do we manufacture high quality finished exterior building shell packages, we also provide our General Contractor Partners with master site technicians and experienced sub-contractor crews to construct and oversee the building package installation. If our General Contractor Partners have the capabilities to install our building shell packages themselves, we would then only provide a master site technician to oversee the installation process.
